Terms of Sales

ARTICLE 1 - SCOPE

The present general conditions of sale are applicable to all the sales made by the company J-MA CORPORATE SARL Carré 837 JERICHO hereinafter called the seller. The customer acknowledges having read these conditions and agrees to submit to these conditions in his relations with the seller. These conditions apply without restriction to all commercial transactions concluded by the seller in Benin and abroad. The fact that J-MA does not avail itself at any time of any of the present general conditions of sale can not be interpreted as a waiver of the right to rely on it at a later date.

ARTICLE 2 - ORDERS AND ENFORCEMENT

All orders must be submitted in writing to J-MA Corporate SARL. It is firm and definitive as soon as the client receives a purchase order or a Proformat containing the words "Good for approval". J-MA CORPORATE reserves the right to accept or reject the order. Exceptionally, the customer may cancel his order if he obtains an explicit written agreement from J-MA Corporate. The unavailability of a product due to a stock shortage, its removal from the catalog will not result in any cancellation of the global order and will not entitle to any indemnity from J-MA Corporate Sarl.

ARTICLE 3 - PRIZES

The prices quoted on quotations, catalogs, websites or scales do not constitute a definitive commitment, but are given as an indication. They can be modified without notice until the date of receipt of the order accompanied by its payment.

ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY TIME

The delivery times indicated by J-MA CORPORATE are established in good faith and are given as an indication. No indemnity may be granted to the customer in the event of non-compliance with these deadlines, and no order can be canceled as a result. It is imperative that the customer indicate at the time of his order if he accepts a partial delivery of his products, as well as the method of shipment.
